The National Kidney Registry is very excited to offer the only kidney locator of its kind in the world! Here’s how it works: simply enter your information in the form below. When you click the submit button, our registry will be searched in real time and will return a list of potential matches within a few seconds. It’s that simple. The only information that you MUST enter is the blood type. The system will return all potential matches based on blood type only. However, by filling out your HLA profile and/or antibody information, we can narrow down the results for you to give you a much more meaningful idea of what potential matches exist for you in our registry. Once you get your results, we encourage you to register with us so that we can get you into our system and help you find a kidney!
